Was just wondering if this is the right place to post. Thing is, I'm a Flame/Smoke operator and have been working as such for 2 years. I had no training whatsoever.... I just went from Combustion to Flame. My best friends are the manual, Cinefex and some books about digital compositing. Now the post section of my company has been canceled and I find myself without a job, but will someone hire a guy like me? I work and live in Iceland (and I am icelandic) and this company is the only one using Flame and Smoke in Iceland, so trying to get a job as a Flame operator in Iceland is useless.
