Shake 3 Tutorial Images

Just got Shake 3 and for some bizarre reason Iam unable to do the tutorials because I don't have the images required on the disk. Can any1 plz help me out. I really want to get on the ball with this so help soon will be really appreciated!!

If your on a mac then you have to do a custom install. If your on Linux/Irix then you have to download them off the shake customer download section on apple's site(get the login/password off of whoever takes care of purchasing software at your company).
