Importing PSD files bug??

I was wondering ...is it my mistake or its a bug???
When I am importing PSD files from Photoshop 6.0 in C 3 as grouped layers I have to adjust every footage of every layer that it is color+alpha so I can use the alpha properly. Do ypou have the same problems or its only with me. In C 2.1 everything was working ok...

Theres a setting in the preferences for that. 'default photoshop import behaviour' or something, you can set it to 'Colour + Alpha'
