same days ago we had a big discuss about flame and after fx by using rla depth channel....i discover that using rla by default u have some problems on the quality of your depth map cos if u don't render separately from the 3d u cant use antialiasing...so some one knows a way to render from 3d RLA without render separately deph channel but having antialising?Who manage to use sapphire ZCOMP ZDEPTH ETC(help on line is really poor)
Thanx in advance

Wouldn't be better for you guys to use separate grayscale image for Zdepth ? I never used RLA/RPF on FFI, but I remember that not every renderer inteprets RLA information same (or doesn't generate data at all, despite the fact you set it to), but most (if not everyone) are capable of rendering simple fog or anything black & white, save it to 16bit tiff and here you go.
Let me know how if it worked out.
