Also new flint/smoke and flame/smoke bundles...8 bit (?!) HD...
Yes.. very nice. Looks like they got HD working for Smoke on Linix.
I wonder what they Flame/Smoke bundle costs on Tezero? If it was similar to the Smoke/Flint deal a while back on Linix... that would be cool.
I hope this isn't Auto-screets answer to fixing Smokes compositing issues... but it's not a horrible idea.
Maybe it's an NAB quick fix to spark some press.

I just find it odd that the Linux systems are limited to 8 bit - especially given what they cost compared to the rest of the market...Then again, they are marketing the Linux bundle as "TV" - and as someone who designs promos for a living I recognize that once a spot gets bounced of a few satellites and compressed/recompressed you can kiss your beautiful 10 bit quality goodbye - I always thought that very process was a good arguement for superior quality from the begining...Maybe I should be more cynical...

I don't understand this whole thing ... why limit to 8 bit now when we have FX4000 which supports more. Even for TV, 10 bit is preffered - specially when we're talking keying - which is also used alot in trailers and promos..
I understand that there should be a diffrent between flint and flame. But why isn't flint HD 10 bit and flame 3K 12bit or more?.
