9.5.9 Issues

I got word that with 9.5.9 there is a bug that wont allow you to use motion blur, or blur the matte. Not sure which one. Is this true?

Yes, this is true.
It exists in 9.5.6 as well. As far as I know, it exists in all 9.5 releases. The phase of motion blur is broken. All settings of phase between -100 and +99 will give a -100 result. changing from +99 to +100 will jump to a +100 result. A phase of 0 cannot be applied. This is huge and effects the new motion blur feature in the garbage masks (gmasks in batch, modular keyer).
The only place phase works correctly is in the traditional keyer, so this is a work-around for articulate masks that need MB :roll:
