Setup-> Change Zbuffer to ShadowMix.
u can try to set zbuffer off or set shadow axis to zero on the z plane...
I have tried....but there would be some kind of edge between the shawdow and object....how can i remove it??.

Remember to re-order priority list of layers. Sometimes what's in Z position differs in priority lists and produces awkward results.

Shadows are really a pain in action! I sometimes create another layer for the shadow, because I don't want to go for shadow mix (just because of Z positioning issues).

Usually I just use shadows over the background, if I have any layer under the shadow I prefer just to create a black layer instead of using a shadow.

Agreed. In fact, I can't remember the last time I used a Shadow.... :D

i think to remove the edge between the shadow and the object u have to go to the priority page by swiping down in layer and press the sort button...hope it works...:)...cheers...merv
