I am a bit lost...
If you have a CG file that has matte info in the RED, GREEN and BLUE channels to be use as sepearte mattes elsewhere..... What would be the method of using the BOL tool to just have the blue in ALPHA but nothing in the red, green or blue areas.
I totally understand the theory of adding the "blue Channel" to alpha, however I really just want the alpha from one of the color channels and NOTHING left in the red, green and blue channels AT ALL!!! Blank no color. I just can't get this to work!!! Is this adding/copying black to each channel?? What am Idoing wrong?!!
IF possible could you mention the specific Operation in the BOL tool.(if that s even the method)
Thanks a million!
