Dear all,
We r newly started training division firm from india, we r in a plan to train peoples in compositing , roto scoping, tcup and we planning to prepare a role sheets for the artists. i would like to know abt the details as follows..

skills& capabilities:
i have already collected some infos on this.but i am looking here for more infos on the above said things for the compositor,roto artist, tchup artist in two levels senior & junior...
dudes suggest me ,how & where i can brief on this?
