Fridthjof Film A/S located in Copenhagen, Denmark: Looking for a VFX supervisor capable of supervising and doing visual effects on our new feature film "Blue men".
We are a filmproduction company. We have existed since 2000 and have done post-production on several Danish feature films. We have now produced and edited our own feature - a comedy with some of the best Danish actors.
It's not a visual effects heavy film... BUT there are some VFX stuff and it needs to be brought to the cinema looking the best possible way. We are looking for a person who has experience with bringing film to the big screen. A person who knows when a clip is good enough to be shown not only on a small TV-monitor, but also in theaters.
We have a team of creative people who are capable of doing work in Shake, Motion, After Effects. But we need the senior-VFX guy to supervise, advice and do the most difficult shots.
We are using Apple Intel Computers.
The shots include greenscreen/bluescreen, wireremoval, matte paint, some 3D, compositing work etc.
The movie is going info FINAL CUT Mondag January 14th. We therefore need to start VFX-work as soon as possible here in Copenhagen, Denmark.
We have to finish the work in 2 months time!
