Offline Edit of RED Camera footage w/ burnt in metadata
Hey,
I\'m about to start work on a feature film, shooting on RED Camera and I\'m planning to transcode the footage to ProRes LT or Proxy for the offline edit. I know that all metadata will be transferred over when I do this but I want to idiotproof the process by burning in metadata such as the file name and timecode on the bottom of the footage. What is the best way of doing this? Are there any good transcoding programmes out there that allow me to do this.
I know that Red Giant has Magic Bullet Grinder but this seems more aimed at DSLR H264 footage and I don\'t know what it would treat RED.
Any help that you could give would be much appreciated,
Shane
