In my Smoke 3.6.1 (on Octane SE) when I output a clip, directly inserting it on a Digibeta, after this I see on my PAL monitor the video with the field dominance inverted, but the clip on the tape is ok! (This also happens on Flint 6.1.3 on the same Octane SE).
So I have to exit the Output Clip module and then reboot the machine almost every time ...quite boring, isn\'t it?
Is there anyone who encountered this problem before?
    Thanks to everyone.

i used to have this problem but it´s not a problem of the workstation but of the recorder connected. there is some (i don´t know exactly anymore) EE menu setting that has to be changed in your betacam. maybe this will help?

I\'ll try as soon as possible and, of course, I\'ll post the results. Thank you.

The flicker is when play the clip too? Check your init.cfg and see if the Refresh rate of the Monitor is at 25Hzf. try ti chech the genlok too.
I had the same problem, but I set the 25Hzf in init.cfg and that\'s all right.
