    Default stills

    What's the best way to work with a ton of still images that you want to dissolve to and from based on a music track. Bring them all into Action and animate transparency? Or is there a better way in Batch? Any help would be awesome.

    Well it seems that the new 5/8 timeline features in batch would be the ticket! You can bring in the music track make it the record timeline, and mark it to the beats of the music with cue marks and then start dropping the stills on top of it adjusting the length with the trim controls and using the timeline soft dissolves, or use the repeat function on the stills in the desktop to set to them the right length and then pull them into batch and edit away.
