Use the new broadcast monitor focus hotkey to make multiviews even more useful. Added: January 30th 2004 Submitter: John Montgomery Score: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Hits: 3596
One of the frustrating things about the multiviews in previous versions of flame and inferno was that the broadcast monitor wasn't able to show a single viewport of the multiview. So you ended up with an image on the broadcast monitor which was split between multiple views. No longer.
By using the somewhat obscure hotkey ALT-CTRL-M (think "m" for monitor), you can pick which view you want piped to the broadcast monitor. Simply switch to a mutliviews mode, make the desired broadcast view the current view (highlighted in yellow) and press ALT-CTRL-M. This is obviously a bit more useful on the inferno with its wide screen, but still works on flame systems.
