I wanted to know if anyone can explain a way to track a 3D element in a max scene in combustion. Even if I could determine the xyz data of an object via and RPF would be great. I have an RPF sequence rendered from 3dsmax 9 and I have created a 3D compsite in combustion. From there, I set the RPF Transform layer to use the camera info from max. I was hoping there might be a way to derive or track a 3D object in the sequence so that I can assign a layer with a particle operator to simulate a plane flying past a smoke stack at a low altitude. Any thoughts?
