Since V.8.0 came out, I’ve been using some images that are bigger
than VTR compatible size. Does anybody know how to archive the clips
    with big images(ex. 1280×720, 1920×1080) on Dital Betacam? 😯

I don’t think you can do that….not any normal or common way, that is.
Those are HD-resolutions…you have to store them on either some HD tape format (HDCam etc) or on datatapes (DTF or similar). Or just keep them on disk…how did you aquire them in the first place?

You can only archive clips of video size to video tape, be that Standard Def or High Def. Images larger than that have to be archived using other means. If it is only a few I would suggest using the search feature in the archive menu and looking for all images that are not video resolution and then archive them as a file archive. This file archive can then be backed up to a CD-R or other media of you choice.

Large numbers of non video rez clips would require some tape device if you wanted them in archive format (like DLT, DTF, AIT, etc….)
