Yes most of the AE plugins can be used in Fusion but not all of them so you will just have to try it by your self.
BTW you put your AE plugins in ../Digital Fusion/AEPlugIns/ folder *.aex files
and next time you start DF it will show up in Tools Menu with AE for name.
If the folder does not exist you just create it and DF will automatically search in it.
