Hello-
I’ve been given anamorphic Alexa footage in 2k. What is the best way to work with anamorphic content in Nuke? Should I merely create a reformat node before my viewer to see the footage in the correct aspect ratio and work on and render out the compressed image?

I’m not really sure of the correct way but what about using a reformat node as an input process? that way its not in the pipe and wont effect any calculations? interested to hear the legit process as I will be dealing with this problem soon.
