Hey Folks,
I’ve uploaded another Flame/Smoke expressions how-to. This one is quite long and didactic, but covers a lot a ground. It’s more of a “Class” than a tip, and is in three parts ~10 min each. I tried speeding it up, but found that the material just didn’t lend itself to being brisk. I could be wrong, it could be boring, and more experienced artists might agree, although even if you are an old skooler and don’t have expressions in your bag of tricks, this is a good place to start.
If you can spare the time, it (they) will bring you from a basic link all the way to a pretty high degree of complexity; trig functions, negation, and conditional returns of entire functions, AND you will know what all that means and how to use them.
I might have posted this (these) first, as it is a good starting place for “The Unexpressed” 😉 , but the counter thing was too tempting for a starter. The apparatus that results from following along is (arguably) not quite as cools as the counter, but this is more about “how” than “what”.

I hope you like them, but lemme know what you think,
