We’ve also got a combustion import issue.
One of our clients is trying to export video out of a Pinnacle Liquid Silver into c3. (Windows)
When he was using c3.02 he could import a .m2v file exported out of Silver, upgraded to c3.04 and now every time he attempts to import, he can locate the file but as soon as he attempts import, c3 comes up with a series of error messages and then crashes out to the desktop.
Any one had similar experience and workarounds ?
Thanks in advance

meanwhile your client could try to rename the files to *.mpg and/or reinstall the codec again.-rayk

Discreet UK couldn’t get the .m2v file we mailed them to work in any version of c3 so they couldn’t replicate the problem. There seem to be so many “interpretations” of mpeg structures that it’s near impossible to guarantee any kind of file compatibility“Standards are wonderful, that’s why we have so many of them” 😉
