Dont get stuck on trying to make a key in one go, build it in several parts.
This way you have the freedon to tackle the problem areas one by one.

p.s.: tell the provider of the image to switch off any sharpening effects either on the camera or the scanner, next time.

May 24, 2007 at 3:40 am #215612Saran SirikasamsapParticipantu need to use a combination of a color warper matte, AND the modular keyer.
May 24, 2007 at 5:07 am #215613Kim Byung WheeParticipanti also have the problem, but i haven’t used the modular key,so who can send a picture processed by modular key,and i want to see the expert how to key the bad source like this.
thanks!good luck everyone!May 25, 2007 at 8:30 am #215609AnonymousInactiveTry supress green color at CC and then try a diference with the original.
If it does not work properly, try it CW doing the same, select green watching the result matte and adjust the levels. Once you have the right matte, just process it.
Perhaps you have a green outline. If you have shappire, try using lens, mode fine lens, with the right matte and use the result as front.
It works perfectly.
