I have a camera node which is parented to an axis node. I’m trying to remove the axis, but keep the resulting camera position. Basically baking in the position and potentially over several keyframes. Is there an option or a script for this?

Problem now is, I need to export this camera for use in a 3D app. Export chan is disabled and when I write geo and try import back into Nuke I get a camera with 0 values.
Is there a way to convert world matrix to 3d position and rotation data?

I ended up exporting the camera and the axis node seperately and recombining them in 3d 🙂
not the smoothest solution, but it worked 🙂keep us informed if you find a workaround for exporting the camera.

Go in to the curve editor and select all your keyframes then right-click, edit then generate.
This will bake in all your animation so you can export your camera to use in other apps.
