    Hi folks,

I have tracked a footage and exported the extracted data to 3dsmax.

All is fine except, the cams axis is oriented such that the cam looks down on floor.

What I have to do to work comfortably is, attach a dummy to all the imported elements and rotate the dummy such that the cam faces front viewport. This helps avoid unnecessory headache of guessing the camera orientation while working in 3dsmax.

What I’d like to know is how to export or import the boujou tracking and camera data to max, such that the imported camrea faces the front viewport. (basically looking at the Z axis).

    Thanx in adv.

    Hi.
This is probably not a very usefull answer, but did you parameter the “describe geometry” once you’ve run your calculation ? That’s exactly the place where you’ll define your axis and scene scale…
