Greetings,
I am just now learning Nuke and have a technical color question. I have used the Image->ColorBars Node to create some bars. My goal is to export a single image as a linear CIE1931 image. I have added a ColorSpace Node but it is asking me what the input AND the output is. When Nuke creates these color bars how are they created? Are they linear or sRGB? Or something else? What should my input to this Node be? This is literally the first time I’ve used Nuke. While I am going through the manual, can anyone explain how this works? I am trying to learn exactly how Nuke handles color so it can be implemented properly in our in-house color workflow. Thanks for any advice.-cablet

This works well for me as we are thinking about using OpenEXR half-float linear images. Any other handy knowledge or advice welcome.

A few more tutorials coming soon (with updated Viewer LUTs information), so keep a look out for them 🙂 .
