Hi buddies, I’m looking for teammates around the web to create a Combustion dedicated website.
Obviously the website will be about compositing, but I want combustion at the center of the stage, something like xsibase.com that is about 3d but around Softimage XSI mostly.

October 5, 2005 at 4:50 am #210599AnonymousInactiveI was/am im progress of creating my own website dealing mainly with some self written tutorials, especially dealing with everyday problems,
and also integration with 3DsMax.
ill send yo a sample when i get it all collected,
I’d be more than happy to give my 2cents worth if needed.October 5, 2005 at 8:51 am #210592John MontgomeryKeymasterWhy don’t you guys take your discussion about forming your own website off of ours. I mean…c’mon…..we’ve got a combustion forum and tips area…its pretty rude to be talking about doing another webite.
A little common courtesy would be nice.

October 6, 2005 at 12:54 am #210598AnonymousInactiveDear John and Mike,
Apologies for my previous post,
I had written it without thinking about the whole post in context.
I was thinking about posting some tutorials here and on another site for some time,
but I felt that they wern’t professional enough for this site,
I will be away this weekend but i’ll post you an example and you can tell me if it is suitable for all concerned.
once again sorry for any hassles involved.Jason
October 7, 2005 at 10:26 am #210603AnonymousInactiveThank you for the feedback guys but let me apologies with the fxguide team first.
I noticed that somebody think it was rude to talk about a new website here:
I want you to understand that this is my favorite website about vfx, the community is awesome and the forum works very well.
My wish and hope is not about challenging fxguide, but mostly dedicate a site to the software I use everyday for my job and that I love.
The fact I am looking for people here should tell you that I know that here I might find professionals and talented people that like sharing their knowledge with others.
Anyway the website about combustion has to be considered like a fansite, and sure it will have as main links http://www.fxguide.com.
