Sorry all, but I really confused.My friend told me that special effects are in production and visual effects were in post-production?How do you think?Could you give some examples?thanks

Visual effects are done in post production : so 3D compositing etc.
If you are new to visual effects you may find this site a little heavy going – it is aimed at industry professionals primarily – everyone is welcome but this may not be the easiest place to start
