Error: Background task failed

Hello,

when I want to publish(render) a Composition I get this error:

Background task failed: Publishing CompA_07-07-05_082046

Details:

from autodesk_toxik import utils
Import Error: No module named autodesk_toxik

Return value 1.

Can someone help me?

I’ve seen a few times

Solutions

First, create a new database and see if it works

If not

Uninstall toxik
Uninstall Python

From the toxik installer folder, right click on python-2.4.2.msi and choose install
When it’s done, install toxik with setup.exe

Create a new database and it will work
