flame hotkey problem

hi my hotkeys are not working my flame ,but before everythings was ok
and then after deleting the flame user and re installing flame, all are ok but not the hotkey

any idea what to du?
how can i fix it?

Did you recently install a new version? Often if you do not create a new user from the defaults after an upgrade you will lose hotkeys.

I have seen cases where the hotkeys just stop working but have not seen in a few versions. Exiting and restarting application will restore.

i don’t have a defaults user

the problem is that it dose’t read the defult hotkeys or even reset to factory defaults and can’t save user interface preferences

any ideas what to do?
