Flame Premium 2012 background process

Hi,
Background process not working on Flame Premium 2012! When I try to export or import seq. files,
I get “can’t export!” warning message.

Log file gives me something like :
Removing lock “usr/discreet/clip/stonefs7/project/Default_Clip_Library.clib-lock”
held by dead process (flame:8929)
effective user id not 0 (root)!

Problem solved by autodesk tech. guys. “imcopy” exe’s permissions … 🙂
