hello friends!
I have a certain bug on my flame, which is really irritating!! please help here…
sometimes, when I go to the Animation Editor in Action the buttons: “Frame all” and “Frame Chn” “just disappear… and I just have a blank place in the gui…. I can’t work without it.. on top of that when I try to zoom in the curve editor or even just move a bit along the cruves it jumps back again and again…..
I tried changing the user and reset and changing the project or loading the defaults in action…and all…no use… it is clearly a bug..does anybody else have this problem???

which version of flame and platform are you using?
Do you get this problem in the animation tab of any other modules?I am working on a Flame 9.5.14 unix based. (SGI)

this is just the shortcut for expanding chn. doesn’t really help in this case…but thanks anyway..

This probably doesn’t help you but I have noticed this happening in the last 2 days in my Smoke 2008 SP1. It only seems to happen occasionally in timeline soft effect cc and when i leave the animation tab and re-enter it the buttons appear again.
I haven’t really done any tests as I’m busy but when I get a chance I’ll try and work out how to recreate it and it may help you log a bug report.
Try panning up in the blank curve editor, i get this blank curve editor sometimes, and u have to pan up endlessly till u can see the curves again

That’s not the bug we are referring to, the one we mean is where the frame channel and frame all buttons on the right hand side of screen disappear.
Try “reset all” in the channel animation and then undo.
That worked for me. Please save the setup before in case that the undo doesn’t work, but usually it works.I dont think this is a bug. its got to do with which view options you have selected. Right now, im not in front of the flame to explain in detail. but there are a couple of view options on the right side, which maybe set differently in your case.
u mean user/filter/keyframe or tracks/channels/info ? switching between those view options would definitely NOT make the frame chn/frame all buttons disappear
