Hi there,
I was wondering if there is an automatic way to add kind of a frame count to a clip in batch or action? I must have overlooked it in the manual. You know I just want a tiny little number rendered in the frame telling me the current framenumber. This one should be easy for you expression pro’s out there. I just need a quick and dirty way to do it, nothing fancy.
Thanks a lot for your help 8)

failing that i’d just create a clip of numbers scrolling by in AE or something and bring that into your system as a clip that you can lay on top of your comp as a final step.
but, on-topic with your original request, JohnMont posted this awile back; it should work for your purposes:

don’t feel too bad…i’ve posted some questions here and on the webboard thinking i had run up against a wall and somebody post back with “see that little button…push it….” and i feel about a smart as a cinderblock
these apps are so very deep that it is entirely conceivable that you can use them for years and never venture into some tools completely.
