    Has anyone here been involved in installing Eyeon Fusion on Linux?

    I’m banging my head against the wall trying to get the installation to work.

    Can anyone here guide me through this frustrating process?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards

    Carlo

    Eyeon has fantastic support — I suggest you get in contact with them to help you with the install. Links are at their website http://www.eyeoneline.com

    They’ve helped me in many a situation.

    Unfortunately that is who I’m waiting on for an answer, the distributor in Australia has been trying to get information from them but so far no luck 🙁

    Is it best to contact them directly rather than through the person who sold you the software?

    So thinking that I might get a quicker reply by emailing the tech support at eyeon, I get this reply;

    I am out of the office, working on location until the end of March. My access to email is extremely limited during this time…

    For technical support worldwide please email [email protected]

    Which is what I did.

    Very upset 😡

    I’m curious if you got any help? Two days ago I emailed eyeon and asked for help in linux installation. Still got no answer.
