fxphd is your chance to get professional training and take your career to the next level- without having to stop work and take time off to attend lectures.
If you have already signed up – you can now pay and start picking your courses. More course information will go on line tomorrow as we restrict access to parts of the site from being open to anyone – to being visible only students. For example the Forums will soon be student access only. If you have already signed up but not paid – please now proceed to paying and picking your courses.
May 15th we start Orientation Week ! First downloads lessons are May 22nd !
Orientation Week allows you to hear each of the Professors talk about their courses for this term – and you get to enroll and pick up to three courses you’d like to do. We’ll be publishing Suggested Course Tracks for various career paths, as well as more info on the structure of the courses. In Orientation week you’ll get heaps of info and more free tips and trick from all the Profs. covering everything from Photoshop to After Effects.
Join today and become a Post-grad . Each course is run by a practicing vfx or editing professional – we call a Professor. Each has been hand picked for the expert knowledge in the field. The Professors come from a background of working on wide variety of projects from films like Titanic, Lord of the Rings, Xmen 3, – music videos: Sugarbabes, Will Young and commericals Ford, Samsung, Disney etc. The key is that fxphd is not random tips or disjointed quicktime tutorials. It is a full professional training center online and 24/7. You can learn during renders, at night or weekends- it is up to you. Each week you get a 20 -30 min training video – per course, per week.
I am happy to answer any questions here or over at fxphd.com
