Hello all,
I am Steve Kaplan and the Labor Organizer for [URL=”http://animationguild.org/”%5DThe Animation Guild[/URL] (TAG). We are local 839 of the [URL=”http://iatse-intl.org/about/about.html”%5DIATSE%5B/URL%5D. We represent traditional animation artists, writers and visual effects artists at facilities like Disney, Dreamworks, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon and Warner Brothers in collective bargaining agreements with their employers.
I am in the process of adding fxphd to the list of schools we offer tuition reimbursement through funds stipulated by the contract between the IATSE and the AMPTP. I have been informed that it would be extremely helpful for me to have testimonial from IATSE members who have benefited from taking these courses.
If you are an IATSE member of ANY LOCAL, or if you have the time and gumption to write a glowing testimonial to the specific benefits and advancements you received by taking an fxphd course, I would extremely appreciate your help.
