Generating HTML from a old flame archive

I have a flame archive that was made pre v8. I would like to generate an HTML TOC of this archive (one was not generated when it was made). Is there a way to do this without opening and re-archiving in 8.5?

i think if you open the archive and save one frame of white (or bars or whatever) to it and close it then it will force a re-write of all the TOC’s

Since it is pre v8 i can’t re-write the header to the original tape. Any way to trick flame into simply generating the HTML TOC?
