Many of the parameters support keyframes and we also included the powerful time remapping function.

WolframHello and thanks for your interest. Unfortunately it only works with the CC-versions, because Adobe released a new SDk (Software Development Kit) and this allows us to integrate the plug-in into the premiere user interface.
So the is no possibility to make it compatible with any older version.
