Graphics Coordinator

DevaStudios is seeking a highly motivated, well organized individual with experience in the motion graphics field. This is a production (not creative) position.
Organized, detail oriented recent college graduates interested in film production, stage management, project management, marketing or advertising are encouraged to apply.

Our work consists of high end 3D and 2D graphics for movie trailers, feature main titles, video game trailers and broadcast design.

Responsibilities include:

-Work with senior producers and account mangers to supervise the creative process and artist time management
-Communicate direction from the creative directors to the designers
-Coordinate the finishing of graphics
-Create and manage work orders and time sheets
-Interface with clients
-Ftp posting and downloading of content

Ideal candidates should have experience with MS Office Suite, Photo Shop, After Effects and FTP. They should also be experienced with fast paced environments and be able to work well under pressure. Detailed and precise note taking and the ability to multitask is a must. No phone calls or walk-ins please. Equal opportunity employer.
