Iam working in nuke. I have doubt in view lut is there is any way to edit the view lut or switch off the lut, because i want to work in log file.

Nuke is not designed to work in log, but you can force it to do it. This is all in the manual. Basically you tick the raw data option on the read node and set the vLUT to None (if you are using a version of nuke prior to 5.2v1 you will need to set the vLUT to linear)
be aware that none of the tools in nuke are designed to work in LOG. so it basically is a really poor idea !

there are a few tools enhanced for this type of work.
you can always use linear colorspace for merging operator like screen using logtolin node set as flow:
blackpoint 0
whitepoint 1023
gamma 1which should lead to no clipping , you have to append a new logtolin node after this linear operation with a lintolog algorithm to see the final result because in linear all you gonna see is the superwhite of your image which can be nothing on some shot.
