How to remove flickers in compositing?

I’m doing compositing work using After effects and Key light, when I exporting the movie I’m getting a flickers and noise a specially on the clothes.

Any suggestions how to deal with the problem?

not sure if this is the ‘correct’ way to fix your problem, but I’ve found that the jitter and flicker you’re seeing is from color suppression, and not the key itself. to fix your problem, twirl down the Screen Matte section, an dchange the replace color to the same color as your key screen. change the replace method to hard color, and now click on the color swatch (which should be the same color as your screen color) and change the color picker to the S radio button (saturation.

Now drag the saturation vertical slider down towards gray. stop when the amount of suppression is where you feel appropriate, but before you reintroduce the flickering
