Hi guys.
I am building new particle sculpting tool named Sparta.
Demo version of Sparta is currently developing, release is soon and it is free.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xdW1rG9PpLk
This video show you one brush functionality currently named Directional Brush.
You become can deform particle to direction of moving particle.
Sparta is standalone sculpting app for particle animation, and It is supporting Realflow .bin format as a default particles format.
.bin format is treated by general DCC tools (Maya, 3dsmax, Softimage, Realflow, Houdini, Lightwave, Cinema4D).
You can import/export particles information by using Realflow Plug-ins.
I am originally TD on Japanese animation studio, and now working on this project as full-time worker.
In FX department of last work place, FX artist used Python or Expression to control animated particle.
But, all artist is not good at programming, some person want to use a tool to control particle more easy and intuitively.
So I started to write Sparta.
I really want to need an opinion and suggestion from digital artist.
How about this tool? What situation do you need it? Is this good (or bad) for you? and suchlike.
If you want to get more information about this project, Project page is follow.
