Iam new and learn away!!!!!!!!Can Fusion Do This?

Hi all,
In Shake you for basic color correction tools.There this a tool called
ContrastLum.

ContrastLum basically changes the contrast on and image,but with a smooth falloff on both the low and high ends.

1.Now is there a tool in Fusion that can do this,by another name?

Or is their a way to set this up in Fusion?

Well you can always use Curves for starters and make your own round off cuts.
Make am as soft or wide as you want . Tools name is Color Curves and you can select on what chanel or chanels you want to work on RGB, YUV, HSV,…
In your case you would use Y or V and draw your S curve.

There are often threshold sliders in fusion,

But you can contatinate multiple BC’s to get a finer tuned effect.
