I am thinking about setting up a small scale (200 square meter) studio. I plan to shoot material for post work, and special effects. I was thinking about a water tank, some blue/green and black/white backgrounds. Small scale pyrotechnics is also on the list.

What can we add to the setup?

    Thanks

    – Why not try to team up with carpenters and miniature model makers? Would be nice if your studio could to be able to offer that kind of service.

    – Service of renting and/or giving advice on the right type of camera for your effects material.

    – Maybe on-set service with an operator+desktop where you can previz your effects with a live feed from the camera.

    – Motion control rig. Expensive yes, but nice.

    – Motion capture equipment

    cheers,
    k
