Hi everyone,
I’ve tried to set up a pipeline where the garbage masks are created in combustion 3 and then imported as .gmask files in inferno. The combustion help has a list of precautions for that case, which of course were obeyed.
Everything seems to transfer fine, even the soft outlines and animation, BUT, the mask in inferno always happens to be about 25% larger that in combustion. It isn’t exactly 25%, but somewhere near it. Scaling the mask down doesn’t give accurate results. Composition settings as well as the source image were exactly the same. Every time I loaded the .gmask in inferno, it said “GMASK: error loading gmask”, still everything seemed ok, except for the size mismatch.
Has anyone encountered this problem? Is there a workaround for this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. 🙂Dmitry Tokoyakov,

The only Problem I had: keyframes were not always transmitted. But then i exported it another time and everything was good. Which versions do you use?
