intel or amd under linux

Hi out there,

does someone know, if Toxik running under linux still requires Intel prozessors? Because every other product of discreet under Linux (e.g. Flame, Smoke) has AMD Opterons in their TechSepcs. I am realy looking forward to the new version of Toxik. The videos of Toxik promise big things.

I believe that still using only Intel, maybe in version 2.0

yeah, i got the same information from a reseller yesterday.

toxik can even run off of an amd based laptop but does NOT support ATI cards only nvidia
