Hi,
I spent a couple of hours looking for an old article (I am pretty sure that I saw it here in fxguide, but maybe not).
The article is about a shot, in wich a car that crashes directly against a truck.
The shot was flawlessly done, with very clever use of techniques.
It was a city at night, the point of view of the shot was inside the car, that changes to the opposite lane, and a truck hits the car directly.
I remember there was camera projection, tracking and a very nice coordination between a plate done to match the lights of the city, and the truck’s front lights, that hits the car.
I think this was done in Germany, I guess for a film.? but not sure. The article must be from about 2011.
That’s all I can remember so far, and I haven’t found it yet.
Any collaboration would be great,
Thanks!
