There is a way to make an After Effects like precomp in Combustion without rendering out?
Thank’sPrecomping …it´s called nesting in combustion and you simply select what you want to nest and right-click and choose nest, a dialog will ask you if you want to nest the selected layers or the entire comp, choose your preference and click ok, the shortcut is crtl-e.
yup and just to add something to what softer said:
you can look at the composite op as a means to “pre-comp”. which, basicly, it is.-rayk
