Making Copies of an Archive

I have to make two copies of a VTR archive for a project, is it possible to make one archive from inferno and just copy the other one from tape to tape.

I have done this before with Digibeta with no problem.

I did a test with a Digi Beta and it works fine. I captured the copy back in inferno without problems, just the time code was new, so i had to specify this at time of recapture.

If you were going to do this I would make sure that the copy is an exact clone of the original… including timecode.
