    Hi all,

I want to create a capsule from the selected ops in the following picture:

    c4.png

But the problem is that, capsule saves composite properties like output width/height and applies it to any input footage you set, which ignores the input footage’s width/height. Is there a way around this other than manually setting them?

    Thanks,
    Light

    hi light,

you might want to use a merge-op instead of the comp-op, then feed the output of the merge-op into a comp-op. if you want to make a capsule out of this then, select everything but the footage-op, comp-op and layer-node.
    should work then.

Hey Light, do you have some kind of different Windows font settings? The button text in your screengrabs always looks somehow sexier than I’m used to seeing Combustion look…

If you want to have this font, you have to
    – go in the Display Properties of Windows XP
    – then go in the Appearance tab
    – then hit Effects button
    – then under Use the following method to smooth edges of screen fonts: set it to ClearType.

    That’s it!

Hey thanks hemmerli, it works great!

Hey loops and nomak, my copy of C4 gets it sexyness from its owner, less if not more;) As Double_D already replied, it is because of ClearType, I can’t believe how much better the looks of the general os became when I first used it. Recommended to anyone, though I have seen that on some monitors like philips it might make the colors funky.

    Thanks again,
    Light
