Morph from Grid to real Picture

Hi everybody,

I have a question, do you know a good way to make a scene like you see just a grid with the form and shape of a following real picture/video?

Example:

Then morphes to a real face?

I have 2 scenes, 1 with a woman from the side who appears, and one with people sitting on a table in a room.

Can I create a grid picture from the normal picture? is there any software for this?
