I have a few layers spread in 3d space, they are all animated separately and there is also a camera move on top of this. I want to add motion blur but can’t get the motion vectors generated properly. Motion vectors from the camera is working alright but to get vectors from those animated layers (rotation, x, y and z motion) seem to be a bit more complicated, can’t get it to look right… anybody knows how to do this or knows what i’m talking about?

You can output vectors for objects in the Render node but I’m not sure if that works properly yet.
Your best bet is using multi sample motion blue (either in the Render node or a subsequent TimeBlur node)

Yeah, the vector-output from the rendernode doesn’t seem to work properly. And motion sample blur isn’t optimal either. I guess thefoundry has something more to fix…
